Terms and Conditions

Cancellation and refund

On the passenger's side

• Cancellation one week in advance. Full refund of the reservation fee.
• Cancellation 3 days in advance. Refund of 35% of the reservation deposit.
• Cancellation less than 3 days in advance. No refund.

On the company's side

In the event that an activity must be suspended due to adverse weather conditions and natural causes, the company will make the 100% of the reservation payment or will offer the option to reschedule the tour for when the client deems it convenient and the conditions are suitable.

One week before the reservation, we will contact the passengers to inform them. In case the weather conditions are not favorable for the requested date.

Adventure tourism

Our agency is authorized to perform certain activities classified as adventures, under all safety standards established by law and directive. Therefore, the passenger must sign a form with his/her data, informing if he/she has any injury, illness, allergy and releasing the company from responsibility when accepting to perform the activity.
